I am trying to setup my last (5th) Nest Mesh Wifi Point, but the Google Home App won't detect it when the Point is in setup mode. Usually when the Point starts up, a "Setup Point" button will show up just under the "HOME" title on the app. This last Point for some reason doesn't! I tried to manually add it by clicking on '+' and Setup device. It will find the device, BUT it will go back to the "What are you setting up?" page. This never ends......Finds it, then goes right back to that page!! Any suggestions????

Sorry for the issues you're having getting that last point set up. I imagine that's quite confusing and irritating.
Right now, this is actually a known issue that we're looking at internally. We're seeing multiple reports of one or more points failing to complete setup. Some people have had success getting things to work after multiple factory resets, but that's not the official solution at this time. When I do have news for a fix, I will update you on that process.

I still don't have any new info, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still experiencing this issue and to make sure I kept contact so you didn't think I had forgotten about you. I'm still waiting for a solution on this, but if anything changed on your end, please let me know.

Nothing's changed. It's just sitting there in setup mode.
