Ive noticed my nest LAN connections have slowed right down in the past week.
Im on a 1000Mbps connection and the speed test in the Home APP returns 600Mbps download
My LAN devices however are only getting 10Mbps download
I have rebooted the Router and devices, swapped out cables etc and it hasnt resolved the issue
Wifi seems to be running normal i get about 175Mbps
any ideas on how to resolve this?

A few questions: what LAN devices are affected? Are their firmwares up-to-date? Were there any recent changes to the devices or network setup? Is there a switch in the network? Please make sure that the Ethernet cable that you are using is either Cat5e or Cat6 and that your LAN devices are updated to the latest firmware. Also, check if there are any changes to the speed test results of the LAN devices when you connect them to your modem for us to further isolate the issue.
