Nest Router - No Internet Connection

My Nest Router has lost internet connection. It may be coincidental but this happened after installing Sky Q.  I've changed modem but I still get the same message in the Home App saying that the modem is not providing an internet connection to the Nest Router.

Any ideas?  Think it is either that the wired port of the router has stopped working (have tried different ethernet cables) or there is a conflict between the Sky Q box and the Nest router.

I've tried switching off all wireless connetivity in the Sky Q box settings but the problem persists. Only thing I haven't tried is connecting the Sky Q box wirelessly to the modem...

I really understand your current situation. Let me lend you a hand to find a solution. 

First, I recommend you follow the next steps to Reset your modem

Then you can check if we have the correct WiFi configuration.

 

If all seems good and the situation is still there, you can try a Factory Reset on your Nest WiFi and set up the device again.

I've given up on the Nest Router. I did factory resets on the router and the modem - didn't work. Still the router will not connect. It's just junk.
