Hello, I recently purchased a Nordic Track Bike. (S15i) It is using my Nest Wifi router. After a few minutes, I get an issue saying poor internet connection. The Wi-Fi is amazingly fast, and any other devices on it are working fine. I found a few forums about the Nordic Track bikes being on 2.5, and the nest router moves between both, which causes the issue. Is there a way to keep my nest on 2.5, as this is the only device using this Wi-Fi? Thanks and I really appreciate your help!!

Hi Nestwifiuser,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
Device connectivity can be confusing but don't worry, let's figure out how to get the most out of your Nest WiFi.
Currently, Nest WiFi can't provide only a 2.4GHz connection. However, you can try to determine if the 5GHz connection is causing the slow internet signal in your bike by moving it out of range. Analyze which part of your home has a weaker 5GHz connection. Generally, 5GHz connections have less range, so moving your router away from the bike might help isolate the issue.
You can also try deleting the WiFi router from your bike and setting it up again once it's farther away. For a fresh start, feel free to follow this article to Restart Nest Wifi or Google Wifi devices.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.
