I keep randomly getting the yellow pulsing white on the secondary Wi-Fi Pro device. I am using an Ethernet backhaul connection and whenever I check in the phone everything is great. But then devices close to the secondary unit lose connectivity and whenever I'm downstairs it has a pulsing yellow light. How do I find out what the issue actually is, like the actual error message?
Also when using the two in a backhaul set up for sure. What port s should the ethernet cable be connected to?

Hi Tanquen,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet service provider (ISP)? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan

I've already done a few factory resets and swapped which Nest WiFi Pro is the primary. Sorry, but this is a huge waste of time. Yellow flashing light, just factory reset and restart the network over and over again, and hope the Yellow light goes away??? If we knew what the error was, maybe I could fix it.
