Nest WiFi Pro Reboot Loop

Hello all,

I have a Nest WiFi pro three pack. Currently 2/3 have been set up completely fine while the third one will do a solid white light, pulsing white light, blue light, then it will turn off and start back over again. I have deposited the puck for a half hour. Whenever I can add the device it never gets pass the connection screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

  • What is the color of the lights on the parent Nest Wifi Pro? To understand the meaning, please check the next article: Wifi device light meanings: Understanding LED indicators
  • Is your Nest Wifi Pro within the recommended distance from the parent point? For reference, please visit the following article: Where to place your Wifi devices
  • Did you receive a message in the Google Home app when you tried to add your Nest Wifi Pro point? If so, please share a picture of it.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
