Nest WiFi Pro Router showing offline, WiFi working and Points online

Have a straight modem (no router) plugged into my Nest WiFi Pro router (from Costco 4 pack). Everything related to the internet connectivity and points is fine. However, I am unable to change any settings for my network or run any tests from the Google Home app.
*Trying to deal with a suspected unknown device on my network and cannot even get device info from the router...*
Please help...

For example, if I try to change the network password I get a 'Unable to communicate with your network at this time' notification.

Hi Praetoriate,

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. A few questions: are all your devices on the same Wi-Fi network? Are you able to see the devices on your Google Home app? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What is the error message when unable to

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord from your modem, followed by your Nest Wifi router, then your points.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

To isolate further, let’s try one of your concerns about being unable to change your Wi-Fi password. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Favorites and then Wifi and then Network settings and then your existing password.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Tap Save.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Dan
