Hi.
I’ve had Google mesh for 2-3 years.
I originally had a 3 pack of WiFi pucks then got a Google nest and put in as a router and moved the 3 to points around the house.
worked fine for 2 years.
a couple of months ago the connections to points became rubbish . I tried to reconnect and they wouldn’t, I factory reset the pucks and now I can’t get the 3 to connect at all.
presuming that the pucks were old tech I bought a 2 pack of the Google nest.
the router one won’t connect to my other nest WiFi router but the the nest WiFi point will.
so out of 5 units only 2 work.this is after a full factory reset on network too.
any idea?
have google made the WiFi points incompatible with the best WiFi router somehow on a software update?
do i need firmware updates? If so how?
im at a loss

All the wifi google products, new one and oldest ones has problems. Customers that bought it right now for the first time may think that is only the Wifi Pro, but it's all the Wifi generations! Hundred of ppl waiting for a fix that never comes.

Hey folks,
Thanks for posting ― let's get this sorted out.
A quick question: what is the color of the LED on your Nest Wifi point?
Try manually factory resetting your point. Check this guide for reference: Factory reset your Wi-Fi device
