I am frustrated beyond belief. Yesterday I tried to play my "Hey Google" music in my house. It kept tellling me I am no longer connected with my Applie music. Well yes sir I most certainly am, I do autopay every month. So THAT has frustrated me to no end. I left that problem for the time being and came up to my office where I have an NEST point unit, which I had no idea I even had until one day I was talking to someone and said Hey Google and my little device spoke to me! Can't listen on this device either as its no longer connected to my Apple music. I talked to Apple and they are telling me it's not my Apple account but my Google account. So I did a factory reset and now I need a QR code or a passcode to reinstall this unit and I have neither.
I am now unable to use either of these devices. No QR code as this point has been in my office for well over a year now. There is a QR looking code on the bottom but when I scan it Google Home is teling me it's the wrong code. HELP

For the "Nest Wifi add-on point", the one that is also a speaker: There is a setup code engraved to the silicon ring under it. Mentioned here:

The pin code on the nest wifi points is extremely hard to read. I used a flashlight to cast a shadow over the impressed code when I fixed one of these for someone else.

@Jac27, I want to follow up on the issue with your Nest Wifi point. Were you able to set it up again using the setup code? Can you now play Apple music after getting your device connected? If you are still unable to play music, unlinking and relinking your Apple Music account to the Google Home app might help. Here's how.
