Nest WiFi is ringing

My google nest was ringing like a phone. We do not have any other google devices. 
I looked up noises it can make and nothing.

Anyone?

Google Nest Wifi does have speakers built in to use it as a Google Assistant.
So maybe that is why you heard the sound; for more information, check THIS link.
