I bought a Google Nest Wifi 2-Pac from a Danish reputable web store some time ago. The Wifi router works flawlessly.
The mesh point however does not. It says that it is from another country and might not be supported. How is this possible?
The router returns the country code "DE" when I look it up through IP. I guess this makes sense by being an EU country as well.
I have learned by reading way too many blog posts on the subject, that people often encounter the country issue, when acquiring new mesh points from different webshops. But I haven't encountered any, where the the router and mesh point should be different?
Can you help?
Best regards,
Mads

Hey @MadsKrabbe .
Due to the numerous country and region regulations, there can be issues if the device is not compatible for that area. Since you purchased your device through a third party store, you will need to contact them first if you haven't already and advise of the error to see if they can provide you with a new device(s).
