Nest Wifi Hub reset

Bill1071

Hi y'all.

So, I am not 100% but somehow my Nest WiFi hub seems to have lost all memory of being set up. It's been up and running for a year or so.

Suddenly, nothing will connect. So of course I unplug router and modem and hope for the best with a hard reboot. Nothing. Modem comes on, router has the steady white pulsing light like it's ready to setup.

So I go thru setup. When I try to add it to my Google Home, it tells me the device already exists and I have to remove it to set it up again. I cannot figure out how to remove it from my llGoogle Home account.

Oh ok,   So go to settings or just delete the old home I think?   Then create a new home I think?  Might have to ask tech support on this one?   I had something similar happen.   Saying a glitch has happened over an over an no connectivity?  Strange?
