We have two active points in our house and my third disappeared from the app and has been blinking red. I’ve tried multiple ways to reset the additional wifi point, with the following results:

Can you please advise me on how to go about resetting this device, so the Google Home app on my phone will recognize it, and I can add it to our mesh setup to improve the quality and strength of our wifi signal throughout our house?

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. You pretty much did the correct thing to factory reset your Nest Wifi device, but still, the reset failed.
