I set up the new Nest Wifi Pro mesh network in my home. To my surprise, my 1st generation eero seems to have much better range (2000 sq ft home, but main difficulty is getting to my detached office across the grass).
I either set it up wrong (note: I adjusted nothing on the set up process), or the system is in fact just not as powerful as the eero mesh 1st generation.
Honestly, I am not sure what to do at this point. I suppose I could attempt to purchase one more Wifi Pro to hopefully remedy the issue, but that seems like it is a lot to ask.
You haven't set it up wrong, there are no adjustments available for the end user when it comes to signal strength.

Thanks Jake. I had a call with a support specialist the other day. In the end the issues with the system have persisted. I was supposed to hear back from a technical specialist within 24-48 hours, but that was several days ago. Is it possible to chase down the support ticket from my account and receive an update on next steps?
