Nest Wifi Pro- connection

I purchased a 3 pack Nest Pro. The first two connected immediately. Almost a month later, I still can’t get the third to connect. I am wondering if it is defective.

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest Community about your Nest Wifi. I know it can be frustrating not to be able to connect, I'll give you a hand to fix it.

 

Since you already have two devices connected, I'm pretty sure you're doing the setup process correctly. Let me ask you a couple of questions to confirm some details.

 

  • Have you confirmed that you have firmly plugged the provided Ethernet cable into the WAN port of your Google Nest Wifi router  (you should hear a click) and your modem?
  • Do you get lights on your Nest WiFi?
  • Did you try to perform a Factory Reset on your Nest WiFi?
