Hello, I need help with the nest wifi router saying "Couldn't Connect" with no other message, it just simply says that. I have tried scanning and not scanning the qr code, factory reset, power cycle along with modem. I have tried using another ethernet cable, also reinstalled GHA and even used another device for the setup, but still to no avail. This is a new device, Is there any troubleshooting step i'm overlooking perhaps?
By the way, if you press done it goes back to the add device process.
