Nest Wifi stopped working. Had to reboot and restart. Still can't connect the wifi points. Help

Keep getting message- "Can't communicate with wifi points"  Tried 10 times! How do I get it to work?

If you have already rebooted each point and they still wont connect you might be best suited by just factory resetting the entire network and resetting it up.
