Nest installation problems

I bought a 3 station Nest and has not been able to make the network through the Google home app. The main connects to the internet by Ethernet with router but the other two devices asks for individual passwords and only has QR codes but does not provide the option of scanning for the other devices. 
it’s been months of trying and no progress

If you are using an iOS device for the setup process, see:

Make sure the Google Home app is up to date from app store.

Then follow the setup process depending on what exact  units you have ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6280668?hl=en ) exactly like described:

If it does not work: At what step in the Google Home app do you get stuck?
