Nest point continually needs reset

My nest point, after working for over a year with no issues, is now continually coming up as being offline. The mesh connection test shows that the WiFi is strong. The point is plugged in. The only way I have found to reconnect it to the router is to reset the entire thing which takes time and is incredibly inconvenient. How can I fix this for good?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand that your Nest point worked for over a year, but now it's showing as offline. I appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far. Help is here!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

• What’s the color of the light on the WiFi device?
• Were there any recent changes to the network? For example, a move to a different location, a new Internet Service Provider (ISP), or a new modem or router.
• Do you have the Nest Wifi Pro or Nest Wifi?
• Which point do you have, a Google Wifi point or a Nest Wifi point?
