Nest wifi point making no sound

Hello, I own a Nest wifi point. I use it as a Google Assistant. When I said "hey Google," it made no sound, so I tried playing music on it, and it did not make a sound. Please help!

I tried that but it does not work

Try to factory reset the unit:

Then re-add it to your network.

Nope still won’t make a sound

Maybe defect speakers then? Try to get a new unit on warranty?
