Nest wifi pro keeps rebooting

Today one of my best wifi pro randomly stopped working. I’m using this one as a mesh, and never had any issues before. The other wifi pros are working perfectly. It appears to keep rebooting over and over. The light begins as a solid white, then flashes white for a few seconds, then turns blue for around 3 seconds then reboots, and the process begins all over again. I’ve tried factory restoring it and unplugging it for a while and nothing has worked. I even removed it from my network as if it was never connected and it’s still rebooting. Please help
