Network is down while I’m out of town

My network is down while I’m gone and I’m trying to change the home network settings remotely and it won’t let me save the password. It keeps telling me an error has occurred. Please help!

If the app can't reach your Nest Wifi router, either due to a power or network issue with your ISP, you won't be able to change any settings remotely.
