Trying to connect nest protects to new WiFi and unable to complete process

Did you reset the Wi-Fi settings for your Nest Protects?

We have Google Nest cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs, but these are the instructions:

I don't know if they work or not. For cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs, you have to remove them from the app, do a factory reset, and reinstall them.
