New to Google Mesh

I just installed 3 Google mesh. Thinking this would improve my internet connection. Still only have 1 bar on my phone, even when right by the device? Do I have to be connected to the Google internet name that I set up? Do I have to connect all internet devices to that Google internet name?

Hi @Cjw

When you set up a WiFi SSID, you can choose the same SSID as your old WiFi router. If you also use the same password, all devices will connect automatically to Google Wifi.

But do you still have your current WiFi active?
