On my Google Pro 6 wifi my smart TV, Chromebook, and Pixel 8 Not showing in any of my wifi devices

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you’ve been experiencing with your Nest WiFi device. I understand that you are not able to see the devices connected to the WiFi network through the Google Home app and control them. Let me help you with this.

To assist you with the best solution, I would like to get a bit more information:

  • What is the exact model of your Google Nest WiFi device?
  • How often does the problem occur?
  • When did the issue start?
  • What does the app show you?
  • Do you have a modem and router combo?
  • Are you able to navigate through the internet when using your devices, and they are connected to the WiFi network?
