Is the point connected directly to a power outlet?
What's the color of the light on the Wi-Fi device?
Is the setup network available on the Wi-Fi connections list?
Were there any recent changes on the network?

Yes, It's connected to the power outlet. There's no color. The point goes offline too frequently. Sometimes it fixes itself but there's cases that I have to power cycle.
Yes, the setup network on the wifi connection list.
It hasn't been any changes in my network.
I have factory reset the nest point using my phone and manually. I have reinstalled the app on my phone. I've changed the device to another outlet. I have used another phone. Still the same problem and it's annoying. This is impacting my productivity because I work from home. I need a resolution of this issue or I will have to change my wifi system to another brand. 😒
