WiFi pro is complete garbage.

Been loving the setup for about a year with the occasional complaints from the family about connectivity issues. I had experienced a couple of times where the router would disconnect from my 5g box for 3-6 mi utes and then back again. Just started working from home and found out this happens throughout the day and no solution in sight. This is complete garbage.

Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

  • Do you use a modem and router combo device?
  • When your internet connection drops, what color does the LED light on your modem and router typically display?
  • Do you experience the same internet disconnection issue when your device is connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi?
  • How many Google Nest Pro devices do you currently have set up in your home?
  • When the internet disconnection occurs, what is the status of these Nest Pro devices displayed within the Google Home app?

The answers to these questions will help me understand the situation better and provide more specific troubleshooting steps.
