One of my point won’t go online

My mesh point was unplugged. When I plug it back in and try to reconnect it to the network I get a can’t connect message.

Hi, Mindy Liebowitz.

Sorry for the issues you're having with the WiFi point. I bet that's quite frustrating, but I'll be happy to help you sort it out.

I do have a couple of questions for you to help us diagnose things.

  • Does the point have any lights pulsing or flashing after you plug it in? If so, what color?
  • Are you able to see the point in your Home app?
  • Have you tried moving the point closer so see if it will reconnect being a little closer to the home router?
