Open source license Dropbear

Having lots of trouble with connectivity. And looked at open source license. /fake_packages/Dropbear 

It goes on I'll attach screenshot. Is this Google??

Seems like it might be a SSH server and client?

We have some people looking into this deeper with our internal teams, but I wanted to check in and see if you came across any more info on this during your troubleshooting.
