Hi IdoBukspan,

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions:

  • Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
  • Is your main router a Nest Wifi Pro?
  • Are your Wi-Fi points all Nest Wifi Pro routers?
  • How was the factory reset done?

For more information about the status of your router through its LED light, see this guide: What the light on your Wifi device means.

To start with, you may try to do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps.

and/or

Please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:

  1. Disconnect the power from the modem.
  2. Disconnect the Ethernet cable and power cord from the parent point.
  3. Disconnect the power cord from the child points.
  4. Leave everything unplugged for 2 minutes.
  5. Connect the power cord to the modem then to your router and points.

We’d also like to have a picture of the flashing orange light on your Wifi points to know exactly which Google/Nest router are we working with?

  1. Hit reply or Start a new post.
  2. Click Insert Image.
  3. Choose an image source location.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan

I have a fiber and my router is pro as well.

In addition I have 3 pro for wifi points.

I originally wanted to wire them, but it didn't work as well.....

In addition after eth fail from the ISP and get back, the router didn't reconnect and I needed to reboot it.

It does not a WA to have a sequential power on as sometimes we have electricity shout down etc.

Please ask Google engineers to start fixing so many BUGs they have.

I'm in the tech business and I must say that you guys must have a better verification and a better QA.

Best will be if the wire connection will just work.

If you will want remote access I will happy give it to you.

BTW - I have many google products and this is the first time I feel that it was made by some bad start up company.

Sorry for my direct feedback.
