I have a 3 pack of original gen 1 wifi points. One is starting to fail regularly. If I decide to buy the new gen 2 points - can I still use the two old ones? Is there an optimal way to make both work together or should I start from scratch?

The best is to use a Nest Wifi router as primary, as it has the best hardware. But replacing the main point requires full factory reset and setting up the network from scratch. But if you use the same name (SSID) and password, all your devices will reconnect by themselves.

Hey, everyone.
It looks like we got our solution here, but I wanted to check in real fast before marking this as resolved to see if anyone needed anything else in here. If we still need some help, just let me know and I'll be happy to keep this open and jump into the conversation.
Thanks.

Hey, SaraJ. Let me know if we need to keep this open any longer to get things sorted out on your side.
Thanks.
