I use Palo Alto PrismaVPN Global Protect to connect to my company's private network.
The software is installed on my Macbook Pro macOS Monterey 12.5. It works fine when I'm on the office's network, the customer's network, and the mobile phone provider's network.
Unfortunately, it doesn't connect to VPN when I'm on the home network with a Google Nest Wifi model H2D (SYGG1M2V3).
I tested bypassing the router and connecting the laptop directly to the ISP - fibre modem, and the connection works fine. I'm unsure if there's any configuration in Google Nest Wifi Router that could prevent the VPN software from working. I had a similar issue with ExpressVPN.
Any help, please?
Thanks

Based on previous threads, this sounds like a double NAT issue. VPNs sometimes have issues with that. Have you put your ISP equipment in bridge mode?
A previous thread:
It could be worth to find the logs of the VPN client to see what it thinks is the problem.
