Hi, we have just switched over from fibre with a phone line to full fibre now phone line. We are with Plusnet. Since the change over the WiFi might work for 20 minutes on my phone but then loses connection even though other items are connected eg Google speakers, TV etc. it is only happening to my phone and my daughter's, and our TV occasionally. Plusnet gave tested our WiFi and said everything is fine. The WiFi fluctuates from 2.4 to 5 to limited connection to no connection. I looked online and read about changing the IP address on my phone which worked for a few hours then it started again. Any advise please!
