Nest Wifi Router model GA00595-US
ISP: ATT Gigabit Fiber

Issue: all of my endpoint devices, when using various speedtests such as fast.com and speedtest.net, report an average download speed of <1Mbps.  I've checked if distance from the router has any impact and it does not; tests were ran both from two rooms (two walls between router and device) away and within 6 feet of router (open air, nothing between device and router).  From the Home app, I have confirmed that the wifi router itself sees a 900/190Mbps D/U.

Configuration specifics:
Preferred Activities: video conferencing
Device Priorities: this laptop (used to test data rates throughout the house an write this post)

I followed the troubleshoot for slow WAN with no change in behavior and power cycled every device on the network.

Nothing has improved my download rate yet.  Any ideas?

Hi, MS2125.

Thanks for reaching out to the community about your odd download speeds at the points. I know that can be quite frustrating to deal with. This is actually part of a known issue that we're working on currently and as more information becomes available, I'll be updating the community. Thanks for sharing your situation with us as it will help us more rapidly resolve this problem.

If there's anything else I can do, please let me know. Thanks.
