I understand that you will upgrade your wifi system with the new Nest WiFi system, and you want to know if the SSID and the password for the current WiFi device will remain on the new devices. No worries, help is here.
During the set-up, you will need to factory reset the network in order to properly install the new Nest WiFi system. This means that all settings will be deleted, but once the set-up for your entire Nest WiFi devices is done, you can manually change the SSID and the password for them and use the same that you are using now.
