There is no option to add or modify a port when I go into settings.
When I follow the steps it brings me to the privacy settings.
I have followed these steps but still have not gotten to the correct menu:
Open the Google Home app .
Tap Wi-Fi and then Settings and then Advanced Networking.
Tap Port management and then Add .
Select the tab for the type of IP address you're forwarding.
Select a device.
Add your internal and external ports.
For IPv4: Choose an internal port used by the device on the local network and an external port on the WAN. You can enter a single port number (#) or a port range (####-####).
Note: When entering a port range internal and external ranges need to be the same. This is not the case for single port forwarding.
For IPv6: Enter the port range.
Note: Some devices will suggest what ports to use, while others let you choose. If you don’t know which ports to forward, contact the device manufacturer or check the device's manual.
Choose either Transmission Control Protocol (TCP), User Datagram Protocol (UDP), or TCP/UDP. These are different protocols used to send data over the internet.
Tap Save .

After which step do you see the privacy settings?
I see a link for privacy settings but it is about 2 links on top of port forwarding.

once I tap port management, there is no button to add anything

There should be a + button on the bottom right. At least there is on Android, I assume iOS would be similar.

That is what I have seen in the videos that I have watched on how to do so, but there is not any button in the bottom right.

Can you upload a screenshot of what you see, it could be that there is a bug or something.

Here is the page:

That's already after clicking privacy settings. There is a advanced networking option below that.

I did not press Privacy Settings, I clicked on Advanced networking and then clicked on Port management and the page that I sent opened.

Looks like you have cloud services disabled on the privacy screen. I think you might need that for port forwarding. Can you try enabling it to see if it helps?

Hey Igloo,
Have you tried enabled cloud services as InstantBits suggested? If so, did that clear things up for you? If not, let me know and I'll be happy to look more into this with you.
Thanks,
Jeff
