Power on a Google wifi with POE

I have 2 google Wifi routers. 1 is connected to the modem and serving as primary. I have a dedicated wired WAP connection (RJ45) upstairs. However it does not have any electric plug to power on the Google wifi device.

I am wondering how to hardwire my second router with the WAP in absence of a power socket. Yeah i know i can create a wireless mesh but i want to use the ethernet so that I get good bandwidth.

There's no official way to power it over PoE. But according to this it's possible with a PoE splitter:

Power barrel plug diameter is 3.5mm outer, 1.35mm inner for the Nest Wifi router (AC2200).

I don't work for Google.
