Problem with nest router

Iam on to set up a new Wi-Fi with nest, done this serval times. 

I got the wall unit where fiber comes in. if I connect a ethereal cable from it and direct to laptop i can surf the internet. 

if I connect the cable to the nest router globe symbol, and another cable from the second port to the laptop I can surf on internet on laptop. 

But when I try to set up a new Wi-Fi in google home app, it says it can’t connect to Wi-Fi… 

 

I done factory reset on 2 router devices, I set up a new home in app twice, but I can not set up a Wi-Fi, same result every time. 

I close the app, unplug wall unit and router serval times, but nothing helps. What on earth can be the problem ? Before a factory reset where I hold for 15 seconds until it turn yellow and then go over to white pulsing light always been working. But not now 😕 what might be the problem ?

Make sure you have no VPN enabled/ connected; not any 3rd party product, nor the "Apple iCloud Private Relay" ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212614 ).

Make sure the Google Home app has permissions to "local network access" ( https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/7172427?hl=en ).

IPv6 on Nest Wifi has caused strange problems lately. One thing to try is to disable IPv6 ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6361450?hl=en ), add new Nest Wifi unit, then leave IPv6 off or enable it again.

For some reason the google home was not allowed in the phone local network. I turn that on, and it took 10 sec and the nest router was set up. Thanks a lot
