I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to help. Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your devices, I'm sure it's confusing but I'm happy to help. 
 
  • Would you mind elaborating on what device you are talking about that has the red light? 
  • Would you also mind telling us what other trouble shooting steps you have done?
