Something went wrong while adding wifi point to your wi-fi network

Hi,

 
I'm facing an issue while installing my new  "Nest Wifi Point".
 
1. Issue: 
The message "Something went wrong" comes while "Adding Wifi Point to your Wi-Fi network" and not able to add the point. 

2. My environment
The existing 2 Nest routers are working well only the Point is failing. 
 
3. What I tried.
 1) Factory reset the Point.
 2) Factory reset the existing Routers and the Point 
 All fails
 
Please help me!

Sorry for the issues you're having getting your WiFi point set up. I know that can be frustrating to deal with. Let's see what we can figure out to get your point online.
 
There can be a variety of reasons why a single point won't connect, but once the issue has been found, it's usually an easy fix. One of our other Community Specialists wrote a great guide for people to refer to when they have these issues. Take a look at that guide and see if any of those suggestions apply to your situation. If you are still having issues, please let me know and we can look deeper at things.

Hi, that support link just goes back to the community home page. Is there a different link? Having the same problem

Same problem with a brand new nest router and point. Router works fine, point will never connect/finish setup. Can't find any solution. Have hard-reset multiple times. Will be boxing it back up and returning it unfortunately!
