I have a WiFi point that died due to a power surge.
I can't seem to get it removed from my network (can't factory reset, because it's dead).
Got a new point and added it to the mesh network which seemed to go ok. Got the solid white light and all seemed ok, but when it does a mesh test, the result is still that one wifi point is offline and the new one doesn't show up.

Hello everyone,
@c141heaven, thanks for posting. To confirm, is the old access point a Google Wifi or a Nest Wifi point, the one that comes with a speaker? Also, what kind of access point did you replace it with?
Thanks for the help, Dianahemes.
Regards,
Abi

How do y'all not have an option to remove a device from a network.
I recently replaced an AP and I cannot remove the old AP. What kind of half baked crap is that?
