Problem Connecting to Cloud

Hi,

We just got our home connected to NBN HFC, but when I tried to configure the google next wifi router with my phone. It always shows "Connected" then immediately "problem connecting to cloud". Please let me know how to solve this issue?

Thanks for posting — let's see what's going on.

Give these steps a try:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap Wi-Fi > Settings > Privacy Settings.
3. Toggle Nest Wifi cloud services on or off, then tap Save.
4. You could also try using an iOS device to set up your Nest Wifi router. Let me know if you get the same issue.
