Router will not connect

The router is blinking green, ringing/buzzing and the nest turns yellow.

Can you provide more detail?

• What steps are you doing before the reported issue appears?
• When you say "router", are you referring to the ISP router?
  • If so, what is the make/model?
  • Who is the ISP?
• What is making the "ringing/buzzing" noise?
• Has anything changed recently in your network setup?
• How is your network connected and what devices (I.e. order, connection types, devices, etc.)?
