Hi there,
I've tried to implement a "school night" (Sun-Thurs) schedule to turn off my son's computer's Internet connection.
But the system routinely blocks the connection at times well outside of the schedule. For example, yesterday there was no internet connection at 7 PM and I looked in the app and it said the connection was paused...but the schedule doesn't have the pause starting until about 10:30 PM.
Any help much appreciated...as it stands now I can't use this feature and I'd really like to.

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Let’s check it out.
How many are part of your "Family Wi-Fi"? Is it possible that someone other than yourself has access to changes to your settings? Are the paused devices a part of a group or individually?
You can remove Family Wi-Fi groups.
