Considering adding Nest mesh WiFi network to my T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. I understand the Google Home app is required. My question is should I use my current Google account that I use for my email or create a separate Google account exclusively for the Nest and Home app?

Hello @BobStein
I use my main account to manage my Google Home. I can't think of a good reason not to, honestly. When you install the Google Home app on your phone, if you have any other Google apps already logged in to that main account, the Google Home app will already be logged in as well. Juggling multiple Google accounts is certainly possible, but can be confusing when you are switching between them across multiple apps.

Thank you! That answers my question. My fear was that there might be a bunch of spam and ads and crap that I didn’t want invading my primary email account. It doesn’t sound like that is an issue.
