Hey, Billy_Bones.

It's been a while since you reached out. I apologize for the delayed response here. I wanted to check in real fast to see if you still needed help on this or if you already found your solution. I'll be happy to research this for you if you are still needing some support. Just let me know.

Thanks.

Still need help... as a stop gap, we installed the ISP provided router in front of the device. Could still use some help in how to avoid this, as it seem inefficient.

Thanks for the follow up, Billy_Bones.

With the other router in place, are you running into any issues with double NAT, or is everything working properly? I'm about to consult an internal team on this, but I want to make sure I understand how things are working fully on your end.

Thanks.

Not sure about any issues. Things are working properly... but won't work without the ISP Router in place.

Ok, thanks for the clarification, @Billy_Bones. I'll talk to our internal team and see if there's a known solution on this one.

Thanks.

Hey, Billy_Bones.

It's been quite a while since we touched on this. I wasn't able to get any explanation from our internal teams for what might be going on, but I wanted to see if you were still seeing the same issue on your end. Let me know if anything has changed or if things are as we left them.

Thanks.

As we haven't had any activity here recently I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If you have more to add, feel free to start a new discussion.
Thanks
