I have a 40 inch TCL smart television. When I log onto the Google net work, it says connection excellent. Then, when I attempt to open a channel, it says on the television not connected to the Internet. The TVs clock is correct, showing connection, but I cannot stream. I've tried everything but I cannot access the google Wi-Fi. I can access my Comcast router. 2.4 and 5. please help!

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Are you getting the prompt that it is not connected to the internet only when opening a channel? How about streaming through some applications like YouTube or browsing through Chrome?
Let’s try to reboot your internet modem and Google Nest WiFi router. Unplug them both, wait for 2 minutes, plug back in your modem, and wait for it to completely boot up before plugging in your Google Nest WiFi router. Restart your TV, and then try to open a channel again.
