My Lenovo smart clock and cync smart plugs suddenly stopped working. Have rebooted router, clock was reset to factory settings and reinstalled, google home device was rebooted but still no go. Even bought a new clock thinking my original clock was defective. Still got the message "Check internet connection" on new device. My google home app has changed in appearance and am having trouble navigating it. Does anyone know what I can do to get my smart devices working again. Everything has been great with them for over a year and now this issue.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app before going through the setup process for your Lenovo Smart Clock and Cync smart plugs. You may also use another phone or tablet for the configuration of your devices and see if that helps.
