Tried everything and read all previous posts but still have same issues. I have done everything except factory reset. All my wifi pionts are connected by ethernet using a switch directly downstream from router. The bazarre thing is after a few days the reduced speed is always in narrow range between 85mpbs and 95mbps. What happens on day 2 after my reset, that causes speed to drop from 800mbps? Any feedback would be great. Is there a refund policy?

Sorry, for delay. I have fiber and my ISP is Comporium. My home has a central location on 1st floor and ever bedroom has an Ethernet outlook that can be connected at central location. By connecting my wifi points to ethernet I used to get almost same speed as my router (previous set up was exactly the same but used 1 gen googole wifi). Only after updating to nest pro did this start to happen.

A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? How many devices are having slow speed issues from the network? Also, do you have any paused devices?
