Stuck on yellow light.

Hey guys my google nest is stuck on solid yellow and will not factory reset. Ive tried the instructions to  the point. Hold reset for 10seconds until the blinking yellow becomes a solid yellow and thats just it. It stays yellow for hours.

A few questions: when did the issue start? Was this Google Nest Wifi device working before? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Let me know if this unit is still showing up in the Google Home app. If it is, please try to remove it there before going through another factory reset. Here's how: open the app > Tap the Wifi icon > Select Wifi devices > Choose the device that you want to reset > Factory reset.

Ive tried multiple power cycles and resets. It was working before..
